General Safety Rules:
- Read and obey all posted safety signs.
- No running on the pool deck or surrounding areas.
- NO diving, pushing, dunking, horseplay, shoulder riding, excessive splashing, or any inappropriate behavior.
- Follow directions given by waterpark staff and lifeguards at all times.
- Ride, swim, float, and play at your own risk.
Children & Supervision:
- Children 15 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their children, even when lifeguards are present.
- Failure to supervise children may result in removal from the park.
Permitted & Prohibited Items:
- Aruba Waterpark has the right to check all bags and bottles at the entrance.
- No food, beverages, glass, or hard plastic near the water.
- Outside food, beverages, glass, or breakable items are NOT permitted inside the park.
- No knives, guns, or illegal drugs are permitted at the park.
- All diaper-dependent guests must wear an approved swim diaper.
- Personal tubes, noodles, squirt guns, balls, and other toys are allowed.
- Proper swim attire is required.
Water Attractions & Slides:
- You must be a minimum of 48 inches tall to ride SPLASHPOOL & LAGOON POOL water slides.
- Going face down through waterslides is not allowed.
- Pregnant women and individuals with heart, neck, back, or musculoskeletal conditions should not use the slides.
Conduct & Responsibility:
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the park.
- Use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the park (designated smoking areas are available).
- Aruba Waterpark is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- No animals are permitted.
- Lifeguards and pool attendants have the final authority on all safety matters.
Tickets & Wristbands:
- All guests entering the park must purchase and wear a wristband.
- Wristbands are color-coded and valid only for the purchase date.
- Each guest receives one wristband; lost wristbands must be repurchased.
- No refunds will be issued if a guest has been in the park for longer than 30 minutes.
Health & Maintenance:
- All pools are chlorinated and maintained according to state health regulations.
- Chemical levels are monitored throughout the day for safety.
- Aruba Waterpark is not responsible for discoloration of garments or any rashes due to prolonged water exposure.
By entering Aruba Waterpark, you agree to follow these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in removal from the park without a refund.
